DESCRIPTION:Suzanne O’Connor\, in partnership with local psychiatrist Dr. Joe Burley\, is hosting a free public seminar titled “Mental Health in Public Spaces: What to Notice\, What to Do\, How to Respond”. \nTopics we will explore are: Anxiety\, Panic Attacks\, Schizophrenia\, Narcissism and Bipolar and Borderline Personality Disorders. \nThese sessions are designed to support community members – including business owners and frontline staff – in better understanding how mental distress may present in everyday settings\, and how to respond with confidence and compassion. \n2pm at the Picton Library (Flex Room) 208 Main Street West\, Picton \nFeel free to bring your own refreshments.
